學習聆聽身體、與身體對話,透過呼吸觀察當下的情緒,不強迫自己,學著關愛與包容自己,並帶著覺知放入練習當中,去感受內心與身體的回饋。

瑜珈的演進融合傳統哲學與現代科學,Malina以開闊的心胸吸收新知與結合各派精華,引導學生循序漸進地找到適合自己的練習。每一次的教學分享都心存感激與善念,也從中建立起與他人的連結,期盼未來的路上能夠將這份意念持續傳遞下去。
